FirstRand appoints Skytech-AIC to assist with the redelivery and marketing of two Boeing 737-500 aircraft

In the latest of a number of transactions, Skytech-AIC confirms that it has been appointed by FirstRand Bank of South Africa to provide technical and marketing services in respect of a pair of Boeing 737-528 aircraft, msn 25228 and 25229, which are to be redelivered off lease by Air Namibia in December 2012 and January 2013.

By contracting both the technical and marketing services to Skytech-AIC, FirstRand is ensuring as seamless a transition as possible between the existing leases and the ultimate disposal of the aircraft.”
