FL Technics is implementing a project financed by European Union structural funds

FL Technics, a global provider of tailor-made solutions for aircraft maintenance and repair, is in the procces of implementing a project, funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), “Establishment of new maintenance terminal for aircraft”, project code VP2-2.1-ŪM-06-K-02-008, by Economic Growth Programme second priority “Increasing business productivity and improving the business environment“. The funding for the project: 10 000 000,00 LTL. The implementation of the project started in August 2013 and will be accomplished in 2015 .

During the project FL Technics has acquired narrow-body aircraft maintenance equipment, created 167 jobs with a perspective to create 217 new jobs until the completion of the project.

The short-term goal of the project – the acquisition of new equipment for the company’s new aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul center in Kaunas (Lithuania). Meantime, in a long-term perspective the project is aimed at the development of the company’s technical capacities and further expansion of its capabilities, exports and labor productivity.
