Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

On 26 November 2014, Finnair Plc. received flagging notification from Skagen AS pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act concerning shares in Finnair Plc.

According to the flagging announcement, the funds managed by Skagen AS have sold all their holdings in Finnair Plc. Following the transactions their total share of all Finnair Plc shares and votes amounts to zero (less than 5%).

Finnair Plc. has a total of 128,136,115 shares and votes. The Company has one share series, each share entitling to one vote.
