Frontier Airlines Reports June 2012 Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS, July 05, 2012 – Frontier Airlines, a subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary traffic results for June 2012. For the month, Frontier had a load factor of 93% compared to 90% in June 2011. It was Frontier’s 12th consecutive record monthly load factor, an all-time record for the month of June and the highest load factor in the company’s history. Frontier’s traffic decreased 6%, to 1.1 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), and capacity decreased 9%, to 1.2 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Frontier Airlines served 1.2 million passengers in June.
