Gabriele Del Torchio appointed Chief Executive Officer of Alitalia. Shareholders' meeting convened on 29 april 2013.

Rome, 18 April 2013 – The Board of Directors of Alitalia – CAI, which met today under the chairmanship of Roberto Colaninno, co-opted Gabriele Del Torchio to the Board of Directors of the Company and appointed him Chief Executive Officer.

All operational responsibilities have concurrently been assigned to Gabriele Del Torchio.

The Board also convened the Shareholders’ Meeting on 29 April.
