Garuda Indonesia: Invitation to Bid

PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”), a publicly listed and state owned airline in Indonesia, is considering:

financing of ten B777-300ER through sale and leaseback; and
operating leases for four B737-800 and ten A320 scheduled to be delivered between 2013 – 2016.
Garuda would like to invite the participation of qualified bidders interested in financing Garuda aircraft (each of which shall consist of the airframe and two engines), with the option to include aircraft from the above listed operating leases as part of the bid submission. Qualified participants shall have recent experience in successfully completing aircraft financing and/or leasing transactions of this nature.
