SHANNON, Ireland, April 28, 2014 – GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, announced it delivered a new leased Boeing 737-800 aircraft to China’s Okay Airways Company Ltd.
The aircraft comes from GECAS’ existing order book with Boeing. It is the first of two scheduled for lease to Okay Airways in 2014 to expand the carrier’s fleet.
Okay Airways operates a fleet of 24 aircraft from its base in Tianjin to provide scheduled cargo and passenger service to destinations in China.
