HONG KONG, April 4, 2014 — GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new leased Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Japan’s Solaseed Air to expand the carrier’s fleet. The leased aircraft comes from GECAS’ existing order book with Boeing and is the first of three scheduled for delivery to the airline in 2014.
Solaseed Air operates a fleet of 13 aircraft to eight destinations in Japan.
