SHANNON, Ireland, March 5, 2013 – GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced it will lease three Airbus A320 aircraft to Vueling Airlines to expand the low-cost carrier’s fleet.
Delivery of the first aircraft is scheduled for this month..
By the summer of 2013, Vueling will operate a fleet of 70 aircraft to more than 100 destinations in Europe, the Middle East and northern Africa.
