George Poh Appointed Asia Pacific Vice President of Sales & Marketing for StandardAero Airlines & Fleets

TEMPE, Ariz. – February 13, 2014 – George Poh has been appointed Vice President, Sales & Marketing – Asia Pacific (APAC), of StandardAero’s Airlines & Fleets business sector. Poh will be located at StandardAero’s Singapore office and will serve customers throughout the APAC region.

Prior to joining StandardAero, Poh served as Senior Director – Sales & Marketing, for NORDAM. He began his career as a Project & Operations Engineer with Honeywell providing technical & engineering support to the repair of overhaul components and auxiliary power units & accessories. He also served with Liebherr Aerospace as a Business Development and Marketing leader with APAC accountability.

“George brings over 15 years of professional experience in the Aerospace MRO industry,” said Rob Higby, Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for StandardAero Airlines & Fleets. “His prior experience and overall sales and marketing capabilities will help us grow in the Asia Pacific Region.”

Poh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) from the University of Glasgow.
