GOL Announces Resignation of Operational Vice-President Officer

São Paulo, January 14, 2014 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P: B, Fitch: B-, Moody`s: B3), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, in accordance with the provisions of Instruction n.º 358/2002, as amended, of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market that today Adalberto Cambauva Bogsan, Operational Vice-President Officer of the Company, presented his resignation to the post of Vice-President Officer of the Company, to be effective on January, 31, 2014. Until January 31, 2014, inclusive, Mr. Bogsan remains on his post.
