GOL Announces that It is Under Discussions with Webjet

São Paulo, July 08, 2011 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P/Fitch: BB-/BB-, Moody`s: Ba3), the largest low-fare and low-cost airline in Latin America, in accordance with CVM n.° 358/2002 (“ICVM 358”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it is under discussions with Webjet Linhas Aéreas S.A (“WebJet”) and if there is any material fact necessary, it will be announced to the market.
