GOL to Extend 4th Debenture Issue

São Paulo, June 25, 2014 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P: B, Fitch: B-, Moody`s: B3), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on June 20, 2014, a Meeting of the Holders of the 4th and 5th Issues of Simple, Non-Convertible, Unsecured Debentures in a Single Series with Personal Guarantee issued by VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A., a Company subsidiary, resolved: (i) to extend the term and alter the amortization amounts of the 4th Debenture Issue from R$600 million in 2015 to R$150 million in 2015, R$50 million in 2016, R$50 million in 2017 and R$350 million in 2018; (ii) to alter the restrictive contractual clauses relative to financial indicators and limits for the 4th and 5th Debenture Issues; and (iii) to alter the remuneration of the 4th and 5th Debenture Issues from 118% of the CDI and 120% of the CDI, respectively, to 128% of the CDI.
