GUADALAJARA, Mexico—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced that Mssrs. Ernesto Vega Velasco and José Manuel Rincón Gallardo submitted their resignations as members of the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company’s governing bodies will proceed to adopt the appropriate resolutions for the designation of new Directors.
