Gulf Air’s new winter schedule offers flexible flight options from Dammam

As part of its new winter schedule, Bahrain’s national carrier Gulf Air today modified its flights schedule between Bahrain and Dammam in order to offer flexible flight options and connect customers to more destinations via Bahrain.

Announcing the schedule that will come into effect from 30 October, Gulf Air Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Karim Makhlouf said, “Before drawing up the winter schedule, we studied the travel patterns of our customers across our route network and their needs. There has been an increasing demand from our customers in the Eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide flexible flight options so that they can connect to several cities in our network via Bahrain.

Therefore, we decided to reschedule our Dammam flights with two convenient early morning and late morning departures so that they can choose a flight of their choice to suit their personal or business needs. The split schedule also connects our customers to more new markets in Pakistan, Jordan and Syria. With these additional connections, our Eastern Province customers will get connected to nearly all flights in our network.

“Our aim is simple; we will offer our customers the best network of destinations, excellent connectivity to different market segments, newer aircraft, consistent and high quality products and above all, a real value-for-money to our customers,” Mr. Makhlouf concluded.

Under the new winter schedule, flights to Dammam have been rescheduled with four of its flights departing Dammam at 07:20 hours and six at 10:50 hours to connect customers to more new high volume markets such as Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Amman, Damascus and Cairo. Rest of the flights, operating as per previous schedule, already offer the best connectivity to and from Manila, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Amman, Khartoum, Cairo, Istanbul, Addis Ababa and Nairobi. Gulf Air operates a total of 23 flights per week to Dammam.

Gulf Air has also announced a special winter promo fares from Dammam to several destinations starting at an attractive fare of SAR 250 from Dammam to Doha and SAR 350 to Dubai excluding taxes. Gulf Air’s new winter schedule also offers 28 extra flights to UAE and Kuwait from Bahrain and additional flights to Addis Ababa, Beirut, Colombo, Istanbul and Kabul while flight timings to Aden, Cairo, Dammam, Sana’a have been modified to provide better connectivity and seamless connections to more new destinations via Bahrain.
