HONOLULU – July 23, 2014 – Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Brent Overbeek to the position of vice president – revenue management and network planning. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Hawaiian Airlines’ revenue management and revenue analytics as well as the airline’s network and schedule planning.
“Brent brings profound industry knowledge and tremendous experience in airline revenue management and global expansion strategies to Hawaiian Airlines,” said Peter Ingram, Hawaiian Airlines executive vice president and chief commercial officer. “We are excited to have him on onboard to guide our successful growth and the continuous expansion of our services.”
Prior to joining Hawaiian Airlines, Overbeek served as the vice president – revenue management for Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi. Previously, he also worked for American Airlines, where he gained 19 years of progressive analytical and revenue management experience in several positions including managing director – domestic and regional revenue management as well as managing director – domestic pricing and regional revenue management.
Overbeek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego.
