IAG: Delisting of Vueling Airlines S.A.'s Shares

International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (“IAG”), in compliance with section 82 of Law 24/1988, of 28 July, on the Securities Market, announces that following completion of the delisting tender offer over the shares of Vueling Airlines, S.A. (“Vueling”) launched by its wholly-owned subsidiary Veloz Holdco, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal), for its delisting from the Stock Exchanges (the “Offer”), Vueling’s shares have been delisted from the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia Stock Exchanges effective today.
