As part of their ongoing development programme, the International Bureau of Aviation announces the latest enhancements to its online aircraft valuation system Jet Values 2. The model now offers greater functionality, which includes portfolio valuation, along with full-life valuation and access to IBA’s trade publications.
Jet Values 2 enables the user to search for a specific serial number, or reproduce their portfolio of aircraft, to determine current and forecast market value, base value, soft market value and full-life values, as well as market lease rates. This latest upgrade comes at a time when IBA are seeing an increase in demand for online appraisals and the ability to account for the premium or discount associated with certain aircraft specifications, making this type of tool more important and relevant than ever before.
IBA will be showcasing Jet Values 2 throughout the ISTAT Annual Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, on 14th and 15th March. Phil Seymour, Dr Stuart Hatcher and Alice Gondry will be on hand at the IBA exhibition stand to demonstrate the capabilities of Jet Values 2 during the event. With interest expected to be high, attendees to the event are invited to pre-book a demonstration with the team.
IBA’s Phil Seymour adds, “It is important for an online valuation system to be intuitive and simple to use, accurate, of course, and to represent good value for money – we understand from our clients that Jet Values 2 ticks all three of these boxes.”
One user, Shane Miller, Commonwealth Bank, commented, “IBA’s JV2 online valuation system is an exceptional tool for the analysis of existing and potential aircraft, aircraft fleet values and for conducting ‘what if’ scenario analysis. The Excel outputs are easy to use; the data is constantly updated; and one is confident that the values and rates are based on expert knowledge and common sense.”
IBA will be available all through the ISTAT event to demonstrate JV2 and to advise on all other products and services they offer. For more information or to arrange a demonstration of the system, please email the team at JV2atISTAT@ibagroup.com or call +44(0) 1372 224488.
