ICELANDAIR CHOOSES B737NG CYCLE FLAT RATE (CFR) PROGRAM

TP Aerospace Leasing has been awarded a contract by Icelandair Group to provide its highly flexible, cost effective, tailor made and full-service Wheels & Brakes Cycle Flat Rate (CFR) Program including Component Maintenance, Pool Access and Logistics Services in support of one Boeing 737NG aircraft operated on a long-term lease by Air Niugini.

The Program, managed jointly by TP Aerospace Leasing in Copenhagen, Denmark and TP Aerospace Asia in Singa- pore, proves the physical location of each TP Aerospace division coupled with world class 24/7 customer support represent real strategic value to customers with a cross con- tinental business model securing each end user the highest level of Wheels & Brakes support.

Loftleidir Icelandic, a subsidiary of Icelandair Group, manages a large fleet of Boeing 757s, Boeing 767s and Boeing 737NG offered for international ACMI and charter activities. With the addition of one Boeing 737NG leased to Air Niugini, besides two B767-300ER already leased to the same operator, Loftleidir Icelandic has firmly secured its place among the most notable aircraft capacity solution providers worldwide.

The one Boeing 737NG is scheduled to be used mainly on routes from Port Moresby to Sydney, Brisbane and Cebu.
