ICF International's ICF SH&E Renamed

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, announced today that it has changed the name of ICF SH&E. ICF SH&E will now be known as ICF International.

Since ICF’s 2007 acquisition of Simat, Helliesen & Eichner Inc. (SH&E), ICF SH&E’s legacy as one of the world’s largest and oldest aviation and aerospace consultancies has been successfully integrated with ICF’s extensive professional services portfolio and global footprint.

Operating as ICF International, aviation and aerospace expertise can be coupled with the expanded set of services offered by ICF as a whole by bringing together innovative and collaborative solutions to better address client needs. Particular areas of focus include digital and interactive technology, emergency preparedness, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, environmental support services, human capital consulting, information management systems, program management support and strategic communications and marketing.

“These enhanced offerings significantly increase the Company’s ability to provide solutions to the challenges facing aviation and aerospace clients around the world,” said Kevin Michaels, vice president for ICF International. “These new services, combined with our unique ability to address the entire aviation ecosystem—from infrastructure to operations and manufacturing—will position us to create more value for our global roster of clients.”

“Changing the name of ICF SH&E to ICF International helps build ICF brand recognition in the aviation and aerospace industry worldwide,” said Sergio Ostria, executive vice president for ICF International. “This change will support continued development and success for ICF’s more than 4,500 employees, resulting in more opportunity to address challenging aviation and aerospace issues around the globe.”
