Igor Ozar is elected the Chairman of JSC SCA Board of Directors

Moscow, July 7 2011 – Director General “Sukhoi” Company Igor Y. Ozar was unanimously elected as the Chairman of Board of Directors of JSC “Sukhoi Civil Aircraft” through the absentee ballot voting at the meeting of the Board held on July 5 2011.

Igor Ozar, born in Moscow in 1961, was graduated from the Moscow Ordzhonikidze Institute of Management (now the State University of Management) in 1984. He joined Sukhoi Design Bureau in 1999 and held the position of Deputy General Director, Economics and Finance. In 2007 he was appointed the CEO Sukhoi Design Bureau. Before being appointed as Director General of “Sukhoi” Company Mr Ozar was Deputy Director General, Corporate finance “Sukhoi” Company, CEO “Sukhoi Design Bureau”.
