ILFC NAMES MAGGIE LUCIANO-WILLIAMS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Los Angeles, CA, December 8, 2010 — International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced today that Maggie Luciano-Williams has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. Luicano-Williams will manage ILFC’s human resources efforts with a focus towards attracting and retaining talent as the world’s leading aircraft lessor enters into a new generation of strategic development and growth.

ILFC President and Chief Executive Officer, Henri Courpron commented, “We place the greatest value on the people who make up ILFC and bringing an experienced and forward-thinking executive like Maggie in to lead our human resources function is great investment in our future.”

Ms.Luciano-Williams was formerly the Chief Human Resources Officer for the U.S. based digital marketing agency iCrossing, Inc. She also held a series of human resource management positions with America West Airlines (now known as USAirways). Luciano-Williams holds a B.A. in HR Management from Arizona State University and attended Stanford University’s graduate school HR Program (Organizational Development).
