ILFC’S SUBSIDIARY AEROTURBINE OPENS NEW HEADQUARTERS FACILITY

LOS ANGELES – October 22, 2013 – AeroTurbine, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), announced today the opening of a 264,000 square foot facility in Miramar, Florida, which will serve as the company’s new headquarters.

“This new facility is designed to take AeroTurbine and our great employee team into the next decade,” commented AeroTurbine President and Chief Executive Officer Michael King. “The building will support the unique requirements of each of our core business lines, engine material, airframe material, asset leasing, and asset trading.”

“We are especially appreciative to the City of Miramar, Broward County and the State of Florida, as they have been extremely cooperative to work with and have provided all the support necessary for our new facility to come online,” King added.

AeroTurbine invested a considerable amount of time in researching and visiting other renowned distribution facilities, incorporating the best design practices into this new state-of-the-art facility to meet the current and future growth requirements.

The facility is centrally located between the Miami International and Hollywood-Fort Lauderdale International airports. AeroTurbine has other offices and facilities located in Farnborough, U.K., Goodyear, AZ, Singapore, and Irving, TX.
