International Bureau of Aviation’s Alice Gondry obtains ISTAT Appraiser Certification

The International Bureau of Aviation, IBA Group, is delighted to announce that Alice Gondry has become an ISTAT Certified Appraiser, after successfully passing all four subjects required to obtain this professional certification: Ethics, Finance, Technical and Appraisal exams. Her Appraisal paper in particular received an average grade of 96.3%, one of the highest grades ever awarded for that particular exam. Alice, in her current role of Senior Analyst, is responsible for serving the varying appraisal requirements of IBA Group’s clients.

She is an asset to our business and we are all exceptionally proud of her achievement.” Phil Seymour himself is a Senior ISTAT Certified Appraiser and currently serving as Chairman of the ISTAT Appraisers’ Program Board of Governors, whilst Dr Stuart Hatcher, Head of Valuations & Risk, and Jonathan McDonald, Senior Analyst, are themselves also accredited ISTAT Appraisers.
