INTREPID ANNOUNCES NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT TECHNICAL OPERATIONS AND AIRCRAFT PROGRAMS

Intrepid Aviation is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Perez to Senior Vice President Technical Operations and Aircraft Programs, reporting directly to Franklin Pray, Intrepid’s President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Dan will be responsible for leading the company’s world-class technical operations and aircraft programs team.

“We are very pleased with the promotion of Dan, which will significantly enhance the technical operations and new aircraft configuration management assistance that we provide to our customers” said Franklin Pray, Intrepid’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Dan initially joined Intrepid Aviation as Vice President Technical and Asset Management in April of 2012 where he was responsible for the spectrum of technical and asset management matters for Intrepid’s growing widebody aircraft fleet.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Mr. Perez spent 16 years in the commercial aviation industry, most recently within the executive leadership team at Southern Air Inc., where he held the post of Senior Vice President of Technical Services.
