INTREPID APPOINTS NEW CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Intrepid Aviation is pleased to announce the appointment of industry leader Colin Bole as its new Chief Commercial Officer, reporting directly to Franklin Pray, Intrepid’s President and CEO. Colin will be responsible for managing the sales, trading and marketing team and for all new aircraft purchasing activities with Boeing and Airbus and engine suppliers.

“The addition of Colin to our senior management team will significantly enhance our worldwide customer coverage and drive our growth plans” said Franklin Pray, Intrepid’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Colin has had a long and distinguished career in the commercial aircraft leasing field and we are very fortunate to have him join our growing organization.”

Most recently, Colin held the role of SVP and Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) for International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) with the additional role of Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC) since May 2013. As a member of the executive team, he was responsible for all operational matters involving aircraft placement, delivery, redelivery, repossessions and workouts in EMEA and APAC, as well as management and coordination of overseas offices (Amsterdam, Dublin and Singapore). Prior to ILFC, Colin acted as EVP & Head of Marketing for Macquarie AirFinance, Managing Director, Head of Marketing for GATX Air, and also held various roles within Marketing and Sales at Airbus.
