INTREPID AVIATION TAKES DELIVERY OF ITS FIRST NEW AIRBUS A330-300

Intrepid Aviation is pleased to announce the delivery of its first new A330-300 powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent 772C engines, out of its backlog order. Subsequent to taking title to the aircraft, Intrepid Aviation leased the aircraft to Sichuan Airlines, based Chengdu, China. The aircraft will be on a long-term lease with Sichuan Airlines and will be followed by two further Airbus A330-300 aircraft from Intrepid Aviation next year.

“Today marks yet again a major milestone event in the development of Intrepid Aviation as we grow the business to provide attractive widebody aircraft financing solutions to our airline customers”, said Franklin Pray, Intrepid’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We certainly look forward to expanding our business relationship with Sichuan Airlines further.”
