JETSCAPE ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW EUROPEAN OFFICE

Tortola, British Virgin Island July 6, 2012 – Jetscape is pleased to announce the opening of a new European office located in Malta – “Jetscape Commercial Jets Malta Ltd.”. The office will be a subsidiary of Jetscape Aviation Group Ltd., a British Virgin Island limited company.

“Despite ongoing economic challenges in Europe, Jetscape remains committed to expanding our presence in the European commercial aviation market as evidenced by our recent business transactions with LOT Polish, Finnair and Alitalia. The opening of our new office in Malta enables us to be closer and to better serve Jetscape’s customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East” says John Evans, Jetscape’s Chairman and CEO. “After comprehensive due-diligence, we concluded that Malta’s geographic location, its well established network of bilateral tax treaties and favorable corporate tax environment offers Jetscape and its shareholders the best location from which to continue growing our business”.

The new Malta office will not only increase Jetscape’s regional presence but also provide our current and future customers with more attractive and competitive lease solutions and structures. Jetscape Commercial Jets Malta Ltd. will be headed up by Mr. Oscar Miorner as Managing Director and Mr. Mario Schuler as Executive Director.
