Kahala Aviation Announces Acquisition of 737-400 and 737-300SF Aircraft

Dublin, Ireland; February [ ], 2012: Kahala Aviation Ltd. announces the acquisition of one 737- 400 (MSN24903) currently on lease to Aerosvit Airlines JSC of Ukraine and one 737-300SF (MSN24679) now on lease to Swiftair SA in Spain. Michael Howard, Kahala Aviation CFO states, “these purchases are consistent with our corporate strategy of focusing on mid-life and older aircraft, we remain well funded and are looking to provide future liquidity to airlines and leasing companies as they sell their older model aircraft”.
