KENYA AIRWAYS: FLIGHT FREQUENCIES TO DAR ES SALAAM

Kenya Airways would like to express gratitude to the Governments of Kenya and Tanzania for resolving the Bilateral Air Services Agreements (BASA) in a timely manner.

The developments will see the airline resume full operations to Dar es Salaam following the announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The airline had reduced its flights to the Tanzanian city from 42 to 14 last week.

Kenya Airways Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Mbuvi Ngunze expressed the airlines appreciation for the expeditious resolution of the pending issues pertaining to the BASA.

“We will announce the steps towards normalization of the previous schedule to Dar es Salaam in the course of the week," said Mr Ngunze.

Transport is a critical pillar in the integration of the East African Community and Kenya Airways remains committed to continue playing its role in promoting the growth of the regional economy and working with all stakeholders in achieving this goal.

We wish thank our customers for their patience and apologize for the inconvenience caused during this period. We look to welcoming them on-board soon.
