KfW IPEX-Bank and KDB finance A320s for CDB Leasing

CDB Leasing secured financing from KfW IPEX-Bank and The Korea Development Bank for the acquisition of 3 new Airbus A320 aircraft. The Aircraft are subject to a Sale and Lease-back with the Indian carrier InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“Indigo”). The first aircraft was delivered, while the remaining aircraft are scheduled for delivery in August this year. The financing was structured as a commercial term loan facility. KfW IPEX-Bank and The Korea Development Bank are acting as joint Arrangers of the transaction, while KfW IPEX-Bank is also acting as Agent, Security Trustee and Global Coordinator.
