LATAM Airlines Group names new Chief Financial Officer

Santiago, Chile, June 11, 2013- LATAM Airlines Group S.A. and its subsidiaries, (“LATAM Airlines Group” or “the Company”) (NYSE: LFL / IPSA: LAN / Bovespa: LATM11), the leading airline group in Latin America, announces that as of August 2013, Mr. Andres Osorio will become the new Chief Financial Officer of the company, replacing Mr. Alejandro de la Fuente, who has held this position for the last 18 years. Mr. de la Fuente actively participated in important and challenging events in the company`s history, including the listing of LAN in the New York Stock Exchange, fleet financing and managing the relationship with the financial markets.

Mr. Osorio, together with his team, will have the challenge of leading the financial and Investor Relations areas of one of the largest airline groups in the world.

Mr. Osorio holds a Business degree from the Catholic University of Chile and has over 20 years of experience leading financial areas in companies such as Cencosud, where he was CFO for 7 years, and Metrogas, among others. He has also been CEO of Empresas Indumotora, a Chilean automobile conglomerate, and is currently a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chile.
