LIAT and former CEO announce resolution to issues related to termination
ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, February 19, 2013 – LIAT and Mark Darby, former CEO of LIAT, announce that they have amicably resolved all issues related to the termination of Mr. Darby’s employment with LIAT and they have both agreed to withdraw their respective claims in the High Court.
