LOT Polish Airlines S.A. Press Release

Lot Polish Airlines hereby announces that during today’s meeting of the LOT Polish Airlines Supervisory Board, Mr Jacek Krawczyk submitted his resignation from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The reason for Mr Krawczyk’s resignation is his assumption of the position of Vice-President of the EU’s European Economic and Social Committee in November 2010, as well as the substantial range of duties arising from Poland’s Presidency of the European Union, which takes effect from 1st July 2011.

The members of both the Supervisory Board and the LOT Polish Airlines S.A. Management Board expressed their gratitude to the Chairman for his work with them to date. The Minister of the State Treasury, Mr Aleksander Grad, also sent his thanks.

Mr Krawczyk remains a member of the company’s Supervisory Board.
