Japan based IBEX Airlines and Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey have strengthened their partnership by signing a five years power by the hour agreement for IBEX´s fleet of CF34-3 engines.
IBEX Airlines (formerly The Fair Inc.) commenced revenue service in 2000 with a CRJ100 aircraft. From the beginning Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey provided CF34-3 engine maintenance services.
Currently operating four CRJ100/200 and three CRJ700 on domestic routes, IBEX Airlines is achieving an excellent dispatch reliability with Lufthansa Technik’s support.
Between 2012 and 2014 the airline plans to introduce additional aircraft.
