Luxair, the national airline of Luxembourg will rely on the electronic navigation charts Lido/eRouteManual from Lufthansa Systems. Both companies recently signed a five-year contract to this effect.
With the electronic chart solution Lido/eRouteManual the airline obtains navigation charts for take-off and landing as well as airport and enroute charts. These charts are generated directly from the Lido navigation database, which contains worldwide aeronautical information and topographical data and will be installed on the airline’s electronic flight bag EFB Class 2.
Luxair, founded in 1962, is the national carrier of Luxembourg and based in Luxembourg. With a fleet of 17 aircraft the airline operates 18 destinations in Europe.
