Mahan Sees Significant Growth in FH 2014

Mahan Air has achieved impressive results in passenger and cargo traffic during the first half of 2014. The airline has continued its growth with available seat km up by 13%, flights by 10% and cargo carried by 19% during this period. More than 2.8 million passengers were carried (79% load factor) indicating a 9% growth compared with 2013. Mahan has achieved 82% load factor on its domestic network which makes up almost 70% of its system traffic. The airline added its 14th international destination (Yerevan in Armenia) and increased frequency on many of its international and domestic routes during this time period.
