As of today’s date, Mr Jørgen Nielsen via the company Bardin ApS, CVR no. 27 96 83 68, indirectly holds 6,000,000 shares corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 6,000,000, equivalent to 3.85% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.

As of today’s date, Mr Hans Ingolf Nielsen via the company Helenia Holding ApS, CVR no. 27 95 64 59, indirectly holds 6,000,000 shares corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 6,000,000, equivalent to 3.85% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.

As of today’s date, Ms Lone Marie Koch via the company Koch & Nielsen ApS, CVR no. 27 96 82 87, indirectly holds 6,000,000 shares corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 6,000,000, equivalent to 3.85% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.

As of today’s date, Ree Kredit A/S, CVR no. 12 61 37 33, indirectly holds 5,005,000 shares corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 5,005,000, equivalent to 3.21% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.

As of today’s date, B&MC Holding, Nordborg A/S, CVR no. 26 37 78 54, holds 2,800,000 shares corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 2,800,000, equivalent to 1.79% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.
