MCAP to lease three new A320-200 to Wizz Air Hungary

MC Aviation Partners Inc. (“MCAP”) announced the Purchase and Leaseback of three new Airbus A320-200 aircraft to Wizz Air Hungary (“Wizz Air”). Delivery of these aircraft are planned for 2013 and 2014.

MCAP CEO, Hiroshi Nakanishi commented, “We are delighted to announce this transaction with Wizz Air and are looking forward to further developing a long relationship. This is our first Purchase and Leaseback transaction in the Central and Eastern European region and we are glad to enter into this region with a successful lessee as Wizz Air.”

Wizz Air CEO, Mr. Jozsef Varadi commented, “We are pleased to expand our existing group of leasing companies and to announce our first financing deal with MCAP. I look forward to expanding this new partnership in the future. The addition of these three new aircraft will contribute to the growth capacity of the airline and maintain the average age of our fleet just under 4 years -, one of the youngest of all European airlines.
