NEGOTIATIONS ON FINNCOMM AIRLINES' OWNERSHIP ARRANGEMENTS PROGRESS

Progress has been made in negotiations between Finnair and the owners of Finncomm Airlines. Talks on partnership arrangements are taking more time than expected, so contractual negotiations will not be completed during the first quarter, unlike previously announced. An agreement is expected to be concluded during the second quarter of the year.

Finnair does not aim to become a majority shareholder in Finncomm Airlines.
