New code-share agreement with Rossiya for passengers with connecting flights

Since 17 January 2011, Air France passengers have access to connecting flights operated by Rossiya on routes beyond St. Petersburg, while Rossiya passengers have access to connecting flights operated by Air France on routes beyond Paris-CDG.

This mutual code-sharing agreement between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and St. Petersburg is for passengers in transit. With this new commercial partnership, two daily flights are now also offered in winter between Paris and St. Petersburg.

Rossiya is the leading airline in the North-West region of Russia. It is based in St Petersburg and operates out of Pulkovo airport, serving 70 destinations in Russia, 22 CIS countries and another 20 countries in Europe and Asia. In 2010, Rossiya carried over 3 million passengers. The carrier’s fleet comprises Airbus A319s, A320s, Boeing 737-500s and 767-300s as well as AN148s.

Rossiya also operates routes on a code-share basis with Aeroflot, KLM and other airlines.
