NOTICE OF POSSIBLE MANDATORY TAKEOVER OFFER IN CIMBER STERLING GROUP A/S

Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. has on 1 August 2011 subscribed for 110,500,000 shares in Cimber Sterling Group A/S by way of a directed share issue to the effect that Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. following the directed share issue holds approximately 70.8% of the share capital and voting rights in Cimber Sterling Group A/S and therefore has obtained control of the com- pany.
Pursuant to the rules in chapter 8 of the Danish Securities Trading, etc. Act, Mansvell Enter- prises Ltd. will therefore make a mandatory public takeover offer within 4 weeks to the shareholders of Cimber Sterling Group A/S unless Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. obtains a dispen- sation from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
