OEMServices has launched an important extension program and has moved to a brand new facility of 6.500m2 (70,000 sq. feet) connected to CDG Airport. Fully adapted to OEMServices customer’s requirements, the new center integrates the 24/7 AOG and distribution services, as well as customer front desk teams.
Moreover, the facility offers a 30% extension capability in order to match with forecasted industry growth.
With this new service center, OEMServices is ready to respond to immediate needs related to new Aircraft types such as A350 and B787 and emerging requirements of military programs, among A400M and NH90, or any outsourced storage requirements.
This center becomes OEMServices’ main facility and is combined with the existing Paris premises: the logistics office with direct access to CDG airside, for quick and efficient customs clearance and air transportation services, and the legacy service center at Orly Airport, dedicated to flow coordination and local services.
Lately, OEMServices has developed new services, such as in-situ activity for key accounts in order to handle logistics, customs and repair dispatch activities directly at the OEM’s doorstep. It will improve the Turn-Around-Time and optimize the after sales.
As of today, OEMServices’ Paris center is already supporting operators through an inventory of around 50 OEMs, for a large range of aircraft and helicopter types.
This new step strengthens and highlights how much OEMServices is dedicated to service excellence, with a high performance service rates above 99,5%.
