OEMServices opens its new Service Centre in Dubai

OEMServices opens in Dubai in September its new service center dedicated to the aerospace market.

Located in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), near Dubai (DWC and DXB) and Abu Dhabi (AUH) airports, this new center will benefit from a strategic location in the Middle East.

This state-of-the-art facility is the opportunity for OEMServices to enhance its position in the Middle East region and develop a larger range of services, matching the evolution of logistic requirements of its customers.

The nearly two thousand square meters warehouse, fully furnished and air-conditioned, will host the OEMServices operations (AOG Desk and Customer Support 24/7) and storage of aircraft parts.

This platform will support the growth of expected airline fleets in the region, with the introduction of new aircraft types at the end of this year (A350, B787 …). It will serve as the coordination center between the original equipment manufacturers station networks and airlines.

OEMServices will be able to offer to the aerospace OEM and to its partners the following tailored services:

 24/7 AOG Desk supporting the Airlines in the region
(Middle East, East Africa, Pakistan& India)
 Spare parts distribution
 Repair management and dispatch with shipments to
repair stations (in particular regional repair stations)

 Standard exchange pool with follow up of core unit
return and inventory replenishment management
 Cost effective supply chain and transportation
solutions

Online services including stock levels, movements and transportation tracking will be displayed on real time basis, and linked to the existing OEMServices web portal as well as it is done for the other worldwide service centres.
