Republic Airways Reports August 2013 Traffic

Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ/NM: RJET) today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for August 2013. The Company generated approximately 1.8 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a decrease of 4% from August 2012, on a 3% reduction in available seat miles (ASMs). Block hours were 4% greater than the same period in 2012. Consolidated load factor was 85%, down 1% from August 2012. Republic Airways carried 3% more passengers in August than in the same period in 2012.
