Republic Airways Reports June 2011 Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for June 2011. The Company generated 1.9 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 3% decrease from the same month last year, while capacity remained unchanged at 2.3 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Block hours were 81,827 in June 2011, a decrease of 2% from June 2010. Consolidated load factor was 84% versus 86% in June 2010. Nearly 2.9 million passengers were carried during the month, a 4% reduction from the same month last year.
