Republic Airways Reports June 2012 Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ/NM: RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for June 2012. The Company generated approximately 1.9 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), which was in line with the same month last year, on a 5% decrease in capacity to 2.2 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Block hours were 76,009 in June 2012, a decrease of 7% from June 2011. Consolidated load factor was 86% in June of 2012 versus 81% in the same month last year. Republic Airways carried 2.7 million passengers during the month, a decrease of 5% from the prior year.
