Republic Airways Reports March 2011 Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS—(EON: Enhanced Online News)—Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for March 2011. The Company generated 1.8 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 2% decrease from the same month last year, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased by 1%. Block hours were 84,328 in March 2011, up 1% from March 2010. Consolidated load factor was 78% versus 81% in March 2010. Nearly 2.7 million passengers were carried during the month, a 2% reduction from the same month last year.
