Republic Airways Reports September 2012 Traffic

Republic Airways Holdings (RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for September 2012. The Company generated approximately 1.6 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), 5% less than the same month last year, on a 7% decrease in capacity to 2.0 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Block hours were 72,391, a decrease of 5% from September 2011. Consolidated load factor was 82% versus 80% in the same month last year. Republic Airways carried 2.5 million passengers during the month, a decrease of 5% from the prior year.
