May 2011: Safi Airways, the International airline from Afghanistan is on an expansion spree with the launch of its new route Delhi from Kabul. As part of the airline’s growth strategy for this year several new routes would be added to the network by the end of the year. Safi Airways will fly 4 flights a week to Delhi starting on the June 16th 2011. Safi Airways will be operating on the Airbus A320?200 on this route.
The launch of this new route highlights Safi Airways’ efforts to provide seamless travel and accessibility to travelers from Kabul to various destinations. The ICAO compliant airlines newly appointed senior management aims at restructuring the airline to further expansion, increased safety standard, improved service and increased productivity along with being the most preferred airline of Afghanistan. The aircrafts will have newly appointed crew of the highest possible standards.
The A320 which will be travelling to Delhi has a capacity of 12 business class seats and 132 economy seats.
